Step by Step Guide

Here's how it works:

  1. You complete our application form - The application will ask you questions about the property you are purchasing and your finances
  2. On receipt of your application, we will contact you immediately
    • We'll review your request for prompt approval
    • We will answer any questions you may have.
    • At this point we will ask you to forward the items on the Mortgage Application Checklist (see below)
  3. We will keep you informed every step of the way and ensure that your application runs smoothly.
  4. Once we get you approval, it will be necessary to organise a valuation on the property & we will recommend a Valuer who will be acceptable to the Lenders.
  5. You will also need life insurance & property insurance, which we can organise for you.
  6. The rest will be handled by your Solicitor.

Mortgage Application Checklist

  • Completed Application Form
  • Most Recent P60(s) or completed Accountants report (if self-employed)
  • 3 Months current account statements (unfortunately internet print outs aren't acceptable)
  • 3 recent payslip's
  • Completed Salary Certificate(s)
  • If Re-financing include most recent mortgage statement
  • Copy of Photo ID (passport or drivers licence) and a original utility bill (x 2 if joint application).
  • Statements of Savings
  • Statements of existing borrowings (if applicable)
