Step by Step Guide
Here's how it works:
- You complete our application form - The application will ask you questions about the property you are purchasing and your finances
- On receipt of your application, we will contact you immediately
- We'll review your request for prompt approval
- We will answer any questions you may have.
- At this point we will ask you to forward the items on the Mortgage Application Checklist (see below)
- We will keep you informed every step of the way and ensure that your application runs smoothly.
- Once we get you approval, it will be necessary to organise a valuation on the property & we will recommend a Valuer who will be acceptable to the Lenders.
- You will also need life insurance & property insurance, which we can organise for you.
- The rest will be handled by your Solicitor.

Mortgage Application Checklist
- Completed Application Form
- Most Recent P60(s) or completed Accountants report (if self-employed)
- 3 Months current account statements (unfortunately internet print outs aren't acceptable)
- 3 recent payslip's
- Completed Salary Certificate(s)
- If Re-financing include most recent mortgage statement
- Copy of Photo ID (passport or drivers licence) and a original utility bill (x 2 if joint application).
- Statements of Savings
- Statements of existing borrowings (if applicable)
